Hi, I'm Brian

I started Makin Plumbing after 11 years in the trade. I'm fully licensed and fully insured, and I run the business myself, so when you call, you're talking to the person who will be doing the work.

My approach is simple. If something can be repaired, I'd rather repair it than sell you a new one. When a replacement really is the right call, I'll tell you why and show you what I found. You decide from there.

Local service done right

I grew up here in Manchester. I have friends and family all around the Merrimack Valley and Southern NH. I treat every call like you're my neighbor, because you are.

  • Plumbing

Repairs, new installations, new construction, and repipes. From a leaking faucet to plumbing a whole house, the work gets done carefully and cleaned up afterward.

  • Boilers

Installation, cleaning, and repair. Whether your boiler needs a yearly tune-up or has stopped working, I'll look it over and tell you what it needs.

  • Air Conditioning

Installation, service, and repair for your home's cooling system.

  • Gas Appliances

Installation of gas appliances, done safely and to code.

Here's what others have to say:

Brian, from Makin Plumbing and Heating was great! He was very courteous and worked efficiently. He made sure to clean up after the job was done and explained all the work he had done to me. I will definitely be calling Makin Plumbing for any other issues in the future.

We built an addition onto our home and needed to have our oil fill pipe relocated. Brian was my third call for an estimate. The first estimate was jaw-dropping, and the second company never even showed up.

Brian looked at the project from a different perspective and was able to come up with a much more reasonable solution and price. He also cleaned my furnace, and I was very happy with the quality of his work.

I trust Brian to do the job right, and I would definitely recommend him to others!

Great guy for the job! We found our new family plumber! Highly recommend.

We bought a house that required a complete renovation including all of the plumbing. Brian did a great job with all of our plumbing needs. He was responsive when we had questions, showed up when he said he would and helped us stick to our budget without cutting corners. Brian helped make our dream home a reality. We appreciated his quality of work and professionalism throughout the process.
